The campground is a lovely spot that's close to all the activities, making it fun for kids. Our stay in the cabin was a bit disappointing since it needed some cleaning and maintenance, but the bouncy pillow and pool were highlights. Next time I think I’d prefer to tent camp instead for a better experience.

The cabin we stayed in was a bit pricey and needed some TLC, which was a letdown. I even bought cleaning products to tidy it up.
Service

The staff were somewhat helpful, but I didn't feel they went out of their way to assist us much.

This campground is conveniently located near various activities and shops, which we appreciated.

The pool was nice but unheated, and while the facilities were decent, we did run into issues with cleanliness and availability.

My experience at the caravan park was quite mixed. While the facilities were decent, the service left much to be desired, particularly from the groundskeeper. The bathrooms were okay, but there were frequent queues for showers. I did appreciate the clean and grassy areas, which made it a bit more enjoyable, but overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the poor customer service we encountered.

Rooms

The ensuite site we were initially booked into had a hardstand in the middle, making it unsuitable for our large tent, affecting our overall comfort.
Service

Unfortunately, the service from the groundskeeper was unfriendly and made our experience stressful instead of pleasant.

The location of the caravan park was decent, close to amenities but it was overshadowed by our negative experiences.

The facilities included basic amenities like showers, a kitchen, and an area for kids, but they could use more maintenance and better management.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The campground had a lovely atmosphere and was great for kids, with fun activities and nice amenities. However, the cabin we stayed in was quite expensive and needed some maintenance, which was disappointing. Overall, I would consider coming back, but I’d prefer a tent next time to avoid the issues we faced with the cabin.

The cabin we stayed in was expensive and needed some TLC. I had to buy cleaning products just to make it comfortable. The shower hardly worked, forcing us to use the outdoor showers, which were better.
Service

The staff was kind of helpful, but not overly attentive. I really appreciated Gale at the reception; she was lovely and friendly.
Location

The campground is in a great spot, with easy walking access to local shops and attractions. It's also conveniently close to the pelican feeding area, which was a fun highlight.

There were some fun facilities, like the bouncy pillow for kids and a nice pool, though the pool wasn’t heated. I did notice that the amenities were quite old-fashioned but clean overall.
